2.0 Identify Your Toolkit

Identifying your tool kit is crucial to mental well being. Mine includes but not limited to:


1. Mindfulness 2. Diet 3. Exercise 4. Music 5. Faith 6. Assertiveness


Obviously, these are not actual tools (although many times i've wanted to hit 50 nails into a piece of timber with a hammer or take an axe to a tree). Rather these are anything that 'helps' your mood.

Would love to hear others take on the 'tools' that help them when they feel rubbish. It is essential that people experiencing mental health issues pick up their tool belt and stack it with as many good things that can help them move forward.
